5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible, unused, and unopened products. Some items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

Thank you for shopping at Premium Stoves, operated by DLS GROUP LLC. We take pride in offering premium stove products and exceptional customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped. After 24 hours, cancellation requests may be subject to restocking fees if the order has already been processed or shipped.
2. Returns
We accept returns on eligible stove products under the following conditions:

The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.

The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

You must contact us first to receive a Return Authorization (RA) before sending anything back.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your stove arrives damaged or defective:

Report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. You may return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
7. Restocking Fees
A 20% restocking fee may apply to returned items unless the return is due to our error.
