Once we confirm that the lower price adheres to MAP guidelines, we will gladly match that price. If you've already made your purchase, we may offer you a refund of the price difference or apply a custom discount.
Price Match Eligibility Requirements:

1. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped. After 24 hours, cancellation requests may be subject to restocking fees if the order has already been processed or shipped.
2. Returns
We accept returns on eligible stove products under the following conditions:

The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.

The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

You must contact us first to receive a Return Authorization (RA) before sending anything back.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your stove arrives damaged or defective:

6. Exchanges

7. Restocking Fees
A 20% restocking fee may apply to returned items unless the return is due to our error.
